As a health enthusiast, I came up with an eating plan. I decided to pack my meals with various nutrients such as fiber, iron, protein, vitamins and minerals to help my body excrete body toxins and will make me healthy.
My breakfast meal is composed of a bowl of oatmeal with milk and a little brown sugar/honey to taste. I would also include a banana occasionally. I decided to have oatmeal for breakfast because it is rich in fiber and nutrients that will keep me full and energized for the day especially in class.
For lunch, I would have a portion of rice and a bowl of vegetable soup and some meat on the side. I decided to have this meal because it is complete with nutrients, vitamins, and proteins.
For my afternoon snacks, I would usually have apple slices with peanut butter.
Dinner would be a portion of rice and a portion of meat. Usually a meal of Adobo.
And lastly is my drink before sleeping. I prefer a cup of Chamomile tea to help me sleep well.
What I do on top of these things is exercise. I do workouts 3 times a week and usually last an hour each session. I do home workouts using videos on YouTube.
